Current Concerns My current concern involves libido and erectile dysfunction. Over the last five years I've noticed a mark declining my libido along with erectile dysfunction. I've struggled to maintain a consistent erection and I've also noticed that the discharge has been markedly lower. Over the last 20 years I have also done quite a few illicit drugs including cocaine and speed. What I would like to know is your feedback on this could it be related primarily to my diabetes or could the illicit drug use? Also have played apart your suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks Michael .
On 1 April this year I decided I wanted to get fitter as I hadn’t exercised for many years and felt very out of shape. I have a gym membership at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre so over the last three months. I’ve been going to the gym and just trying to get myself back into a pattern of doing regular exercise.
In April I went to the gym 19 out of 30 days. In May I went to the gym 26 out of 31 days. In June I went to the gym 28 out of 30 days. This month so far I’ve been 6 out of 7 days.
I haven’t been following any particular program. I’ve just been doing different exercises for different body parts using a combination of machine weights free weights, Kettle balls and some stretching and cardiovascular exercises I would like you to write a program for me for 6 out of 7 days every week giving me one rest day. The program should focus on improving my overall muscle tone and strength and involve a combination of different exercises using machines and free weights. and any other exercises that you do appropriate you can incorporate cardiovascular exercises like stair climax etc. If you feel that is appropriate I feel that I do need a rest day as my body gets drained by training every day even though that is not my long-term goal in mind that I am a diabetic and I may want you to look at my diet as well at a later date. Can you please write a program for me?
